Mission

Whether Pole Dancing is viewed as a sport, fitness regime or performing art, it is our aim to embrace the essence of what it entails to be a dancer, a woman, and to bring out the best in each of us.

"As always, we wish you… Passion, Power & Pizazz."

  • Pole fitness is a progressive form of exercise best described as a blend of ballet and gymnastics with a stationary or spinning pole as a vertical apparatus.
There are different facets to “poling” – at Pole Physiques Studio our focus is on the following aspects of pole:

    • Fitness (cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, balance, speed of motion, and body composition)

    • Art (interpretive, creative, themed and theatrical)

    • Sport (technical, with a detailed and set scoring system such as with gymnastics)

  • It's a challenging all-over body workout, and with the right attitude you’ll enjoy extensive benefits, such as:

    • Toning and sculpting your body

    • Losing weight and centimeters

    • Increasing flexibility

    • Strengthening your core and upper body

    • Improving circulation through muscle traction on the joints

    • Increasing self-confidence and body awareness

    • Improving rhythm and coordination

    • Improving musicality and memory

    • Improving overall posture and balance

    • Anti-aging benefits such as osteoporosis prevention

  • Anyone with a clean bill of health. You can start at age 6, while the oldest qualifying pole sport athlete in the world is in her seventies.

Pole sport is not gender, weight or height biased. Whether you are male or female, young or old, short or tall, slender or curvy, in or out of shape, you are most welcome to join us and we look forward to being a part of your pole journey.

Some of our students are here to lose weight and gain confidence while having fun, others are serious competitive pole athletes who enjoy mingling with like-minded professionals. Our aim is to help each of our students achieve their individual goals, and here you will get pushed to the max in the most nurturing way.
